  • Elaboration

    In boxes with a maximum capacity of 17 kg, the grapes are harvested from the fields. At the winery, we firstly select the bunches, and then the grapes. After 7 hours of maceration of the must with the skins, a draining process is carried out.

    Fermentation is carried out in an isothermal tank at a controlled temperature which is never higher than 13ºC. After two only rackings, through which the wine is clarified, it is slowly bottled.

    Visual phase: Pale pink colour, fresh, clean and translucent.

    Olfactory phase:

    • On the nose, it boasts a tremendous intensity uncommon in rosé wines of its category, forming a delicious and immersive fragrance of fresh fruit, interspersing notes of red fruits and white fruit.
    • Aromas of ripe pear, and tropical aromas such as pineapple and banana. The raspberry and ripe pomegranate create a perfect combination with tones of spring flowers.

    Tasting phase:

    • Fresh, dense, fatty, a perfectly balanced wine that can be savoured in the whole palate. Delicious acidity that refreshes the taste buds.
    • A retronasal smelling evokes the freshness of red fruits and flowers. A rosé with the body of red and the freshness of white.

    Recommendations

    • Pairing: pasta and all kinds of rice, both fish and meat.
    • Serve at temperature: 7 – 9ºC.
