Our kitchen

The spirit with which Restaurant Raíz was created is a result of a fusion between traditional Castilian-Leonese cuisine and cuisine from Cantabria, the birthplace of Belén Cuesta, who is the soul of this project.Her vision in the kitchen and her particular way of treating the local products provide an alternative for people interested in wine tourism in Ribera del Duero.

Our philosophy

Placing great focus on the kitchen, and also on the service, Restaurant Raíz believes it is fundamental for the client to feel comfortable, and at home. Closeness and naturalness are the keys to the Raíz philosophy, both in the restaurant and winery.

Our menu

We have a fixed menu format, although it varies depending on seasonal changes, and thus constantly adapts to the season. In addition, on a daily basis, we offer a lot of dishes which are off the menu, which we design based on the products offered by the market.
